What makes you believe that, honestly? Ordinary citizens like you and I could never take on the advanced weaponry that governments have today.
The Chinese Communist Party is a perfect example of a totalitarian system that does not look like it will ever be defeated except by God Himself.
There are lots of people who enjoy being tortured by their governments and are scared out of their whits end at the idea of having personal freedom.

Study history. Every totalitarian government has fallen sooner or later.
I'd agree with anonymous. Historically speaking, the vast majority of people did not have the understanding of freedom as outlined in our Bill of Rights. Saying that totalitarian regimes fall is just like saying that nations fall. Everything in this world is transient, not because people naturally desire freedom.
You can look at this world and it is falling into totalitarianism all over the place, especially the Islamic world. That won't be going away until the end of time. China, Russia, North Korea, etc. will almost certainly continue to plunder their peoples for thousands more years. The only way it doesn't "win in the end" is when Jesus returns.
Otherwise, your quote is just horsepuck.

The context is more recent times in history and totalitarian regimes usually fall--Think Hitler, Mussolini, et al. Islam has been let in to totalitarian countries to assist with destruct of enemies (Hitler had them help destroy Jews), and, yes Islam will never fall until the end. And, no, the quote is not "horsepuck"
