Today universities are the battleground for intense conflict between people demanding power. What some call political correctness includes speech code and sensitivity training for people considered to be unenlightened. For example, a woman who opposes abortion is cast as one trying to strip other women of power and dignity and masking her power grab in the language of “protecting babies.” To the forces of political correctness, this person needs to undergo reeducation to adjust her antiquated view. Similarly, people who think homosexual practice is wrong are said to be using the language of morality to strip homosexuals of their humanity, and this must be corrected at the earliest age before bigotry takes hold.
