Political correctness is a war on noticing. When racial hoaxes are perpetrated, we’re not supposed to notice that they’re hoaxes, let alone openly suggest that they might be. That would be racist. Racial polarization must be maintained, encouraged, augmented wherever it might be in danger of disappearing, because some people, of all races, make a living from it.
