Why the LEFT Hates Christianity

Hitler’s main objection to Christianity [in Mein Kampf] was its “intolerance”—the same objection raised by the anti-religious left in America today.  How these secularists hate to be told that their way is wrong.  Their guilty consciences fill them with rage against bearers of the unpleasant truth that they are wrong.  This is why their fake “tolerance” extends to many sorts of evildoers, but not to people who challenge their presuppositions too strongly.

Glenn,

Somehow this Keysor book fell to the bottom of my to-read pile. It's heading back up to the top after reading this quote.

It seems like Hitler's problems with Christianity were much deeper than its supposed "intolerance". That sounds more like a propaganda-bite. It will be interesting to read Keysor's argument in full.

Take a look at the other quotes I've posted so far:

It is an excellent book, and he builds his case very, very well.
