Secular Humanists Are Unsure of Their Ideology

When a group is afraid to let others address an issue, it indicates the adherents are unsure of the validity of their position.  Those who believe in a standard for truth don’t believe truth will hurt by letting others express their views, no matter how erroneous those views are.  But notice how insecure the humanists are: “We deplore the efforts by fundamentalists . . . to invade the science classrooms, requiring that creationist theory be taught to students and requiring that it be included in biology textbooks.  This is a serious threat to both academic freedom and to the integrity of the educational process.”
