Learn a Lot of Science

A little science distances you from God, but a lot of science brings you nearer to him.

A High School Textbook Lies

[The book], Biology, by Harvey D. Goodman, et al., used by thousands of American high school biology teachers, begins by subtly discussing the theory of evolution. Not one page later the all-star cast of scientist authors proclaims this evolved from that.

Throughout this Goodman high school textbook not one single fact that supports the theory of evolution is noted. The predisposition of its authors, scientists bent on a metaphysic and uninterested in truth, becomes readily apparent. This patent bias is then impressed upon the nation’s youth. The agenda of deception is clear once you read what your child’s science textbook teaches.

Science?

Current “science” is now synonymous with ideology, religion, or superstition. Lockdowns, mRNA vaccinations, masking, transgenderism, “climate change,” and green power brook no dissent. They are declared scientifically correct in the manner that the sun used to revolve around the earth, and any dissenting Galileo or Copernicus is cancel-cultured, doxxed, and deplatformed.

Destruction Caused by Corrupt Scientists

The resulting destruction of society from corrupt scientists is appalling.  Billions of people are to be impoverished by futile attempts to adjust the climate to some unspecified parameters.  Untold numbers of children are being castrated and otherwise mutilated to serve the transgender gods.  Inadequately tested drugs are being sold, even mandated, to prevent self-limiting diseases, while effective therapies are being suppressed.  In the meantime, actual scientists who dare to report facts are being demonized and deprived of their livelihoods.  Yale medical students recently shouted down a speaker rather than question his data and conclusions.  Medical students!  As Elon Musk might say, let that sink in.  In the near future, how will we trust the medical advice of ideological M.D.s?

YES!!!

In questions of science, the authority of a thousand is not worth the humble reasoning of a single individual

The LEFT Hates Objective Thinking

The inherent problem with science is that it requires objectivity. And objectivity is the thing that leftists hate for the same reason that any cult does. Objectivity asserts that we can find the truth by stepping back from our beliefs and emotions in any field from journalism to particle physics.

Science: The Secular Religion

Modern men and women have substituted “experts” for prophets and priests. Science is the secular religion, and “experts” are its prophets and priests.”

The Idea of Science Originated from the Judeo-Christian Tradition

The real history of the Western world, Judeo-Christian tradition, is that it was the rise of Judaism and then Christianity that enabled us to move forward, because these faiths emphasized curiosity, searching for how God's world worked instead of saying this is it; that's it.

And that curiosity led to what we now call science, which flourished in the West as nowhere else in the world. You know, they all talk about Galileo's trial before the Vatican hundreds of years ago, but if you actually look at what was going on at that time, all of the great discoveries in astronomy and science in those early years came from priests. Came from priests! The man who invented modern physics, at least a precursor of modern physics, Isaac Newton, spent a lot of time studying religion and faith. They didn't see it as polar opposites. They saw it as one in the same-curiosity, finding how God's world worked, and that enabled us to make these great rises. And the truth about the power of knowledge can be seen today, as we know, as the 75th anniversary of the attack on us at Pearl Harbor-changed fundamentally world history and American history. World War II was devastating in Europe and Japan—massive physical destruction, tens of millions of lives lost, and experts thought that after that conflict it would take decades, generations for the world to recover. But the thing is, despite that loss of life, despite that physical destruction, the fact of the matter is knowledge was not destroyed, and within a handful of years after the end of that terrible conflict, thanks to the US Security military umbrella, which allowed security in people to really strive again. Within a few years, Japan and Western Europe exceeded their pre-war levels of production, because knowledge was not destroyed.

Scientists Are Biased

Scientists come in two basic forms, male and female, and they are just like you and me.  They have beliefs and biases.  A bias determines what you do with the evidence, especially the way in which you decide that certain evidence is more relevant or important that other evidence.  Scientists are not objective truth-seekers; they are not neutral.

Sorry, But No Life Exists Except Here

The reason for this determination to see life in outer space where no evidence yet exists is simple to see.  It is a rule of mathematics and statistics that no random event happens only once. . . .  If indeed life on earth were a random event; if just by chance bacteria became Bach, then it absolutely and positively must have happened somewhere else in the universe too.  Unless, of course, God made it happen here, which is an unthinkable position because if God did make us, then He also gave us instructions on how to live.  This would spell doom to secular humanism.

To Americans of faith, whether God did or did not create little green men with waving antennae is largely irrelevant.  To the secularist, since God did not create us in the first place, the same random forces that put us here must have also put our first cousins somewhere else.  If we acknowledge that humans are unique and that we have no reason to suspect life exists elsewhere, then anti-Godists face a crisis of faith.

A Right Question

One of the right questions to ask is why the scientific and educational authorities are so fearful of what may happen if the public is encouraged to learn to distinguish between the data or testable hypotheses of science on the one hand, and religious or philosophical ideas for which scientific authority is claimed on the other.

The Playpens of Scientists

Scientists are not content with running their own playpens in accordance with what they regard as the rules of the scientific method, they want to universalize those rules, they want them to become part of society at large, and they use every means at their disposal -- argument, propaganda, pressure tactics, intimidation, lobbying -- to achieve their aims.

Threats to Ruling Paradigms

When one scientific theory is enshrined as the reigning paradigm, dissenting views are often silenced for reasons other than lack of evidence.  Dissenting views represent a threat to the ruling paradigm, and so those who have earned power and prestige from advancing it are loath to let their authority be eroded.  For this and other reasons, scientists who have spent their lives working within one paradigm may have a difficult time acknowledging problems within that paradigm no matter how much contrary evidence accumulates.

True Freedom, Science, and Industry

There will be no true freedom without virtue, no true science without religion, no true industry without the fear of God and love to your fellow-citizens.

Reducing Behavior to "Brain Disorders"

The tendency to reduce all behavioral problems to brain disorders that should be solved primarily through drugs is indicative of just how uncritically our society has embraced the philosophy of scientific materialism.  Scientific materialism adds plausibility to the idea that all behavioral problems, including criminal activity, can be fixed through biological and chemical interventions, even if research has yet to sustain such a claim.

The consequences of this overselling of science as the solution to crime and misbehavior have been tragic.  Instead of improving the human condition, it has led to dehumanization, with criminal defendants and delinquents treated as guinea pigs for experiments in the service of scientific ideology.
