Sad State of American Schools

In progressive schools today, rarely do children read “chapter books” before junior high or high school, if at all. Mostly they read “readers,” or short booklets written specifically for the classroom by ensconced educators, not recognized authors. These readers offer hollowed-out stories  of little artistic value. Recently, many of these stories have been saturated with LGBT and CRT influence. They simplify reading skills to offer a manicured experience that can best be described as tedious. It’s no wonder so few children love to read in our age!

A Result of Public School and University Indoctrination

Multiple polls in the past few years—from Gallup to Pew to Axios—have shown that for younger Americans, socialism is viewed roughly as favorably, and in some cases more favorably, than capitalism. How can you blame them? Their classrooms are inundated with whitewashed history about socialists and communists and full of anti-American views that pain our system, including our capitalist economic system, as predatory. Moreover, poll after poll shows that young people in the Untied States express far more skeptical views of America’s global position than previous generations did; to a great many, other countries are better than the United States. A “Harvard Youth Poll” from December 2021 found that only 31 percent of young Americans (ages eighteen to twenty-nine) believe “America is the greatest country in the world.” Fully half of young Americans believe that there are “other nations as great or greater than America.” Worse, America’s youngest generation has twice the number of avowed atheists—with young people rejecting religious faith in record numbers.

Dumbing Down of Education

Thousands of students graduate each year, from even the most prestigious schools and colleges in the country, with no real knowledge of history and no real analytical skills at dissecting opposing views. It was once the proud boast of educators that “We are her to teach you how to think, not what to think.” But today, all too many educators see the classroom as a golden opportunity for them to indoctrinate a captive audience.

The specifics for their indoctrination are not the biggest problem. Quite aside from the merits or demerits of the specific indoctrination—whether “global warming” or the new trinity of “race, class and gender—what the indoctrination process does is get students used to hearing one side of issues and being urged to reach conclusions and act on that grossly inadequate basis. Such an “education” sets them up to become victims of the next skilled demagogue who comes along and who knows what kinds of rhetoric will get them to respond as automatically as Pavlov’s dog.

Brainwashing Americans

Brainwashing is defined as “the process of pressuring someone into adopting radically different beliefs by using systematic and often forcible means.” In case you haven’t noticed, that is the kind of pressuring presently threatening the “blessings of liberty.” From smooth-talking Marxists to leftist media outlets to communist legislators, trusting Americans are being forcibly pressured to relinquish political, social, and religious ideals and to embrace the dysfunctional regimentation being imposed on them by those who intrinsically despise this nation. This process is being successfully accomplished through climate panic, collectivism, illegal immigration, lack of election integrity, constitutional disrespect, as well as the demonization of whole swaths of good Americans.

The Irrational Indoctrination of Our Children By the LEFT

At the time in their lives when most people are the most easily indoctrinated -- approximately ages 18 to 22 -- young Americans hear only one message: If you want to be a rational person, you must abandon religion and embrace secularism. Most young Americans are never exposed to a countervailing view at any time in their college life. (That's why you should expose your college-aged child, grandchild, niece or nephew to this column.)

Yet, this alleged axiom is not only completely false, it's backwards. The truth is that today the secular have a virtual monopoly on irrational beliefs.

One proof is that colleges have become the most irrational institutions in the country. Not coincidentally, they are also the most secular institutions in our society. In fact, the former is a result of the latter.

Public School "Transgender" Indoctrination

[T]he public schools are encouraging and even pushing kids to adhere to the gender ideology at increasingly younger ages. The motivations for this are many. Having a child who identifies as trans is allowing ever more government usurpation of parental rights. Having a child identify as trans also means he or she is fast-tracked into the medical hamster wheel that screws up the child’s life but thoroughly enriches the hospitals and pharmaceutical companies. Results of College Indoctrination vs Education

LEFTISM Destroys the Minds of Children

 Leftism requires that children get indoctrinated before their internal truth detectors form. This is best done in early childhood, while the child is vulnerable to authority figures’ influence. This is the reason for pushing LGBTQ grooming in K-3rd grades. Programming young subconscious minds with ideas that identify formerly deviant practices as “normal,” means educators are complicit in corrupting both our kids and our society (and they’re opening the door for pedophiles, with the left pushing for the normalization). This is a key element in collapsing the family in the next generation, because these children, when they’re adults, will have no filters.

The family structure is foundational to society’s continuance because it transmits societal norms, beliefs, civility, and morality—i.e. our American culture—to the next generation through parental nurturing. Disrupting this parental guidance for only one generation makes the collapse probable.

How to Counter the LEFT

The single best thing Americans can do to counter the left-wing attack on America — against its freedoms, its schools, its families, its children, its governmental institutions, its sports, its news and entertainment media, its medical establishment, the CIA, the FBI, the State Department and the military — is to take their children out of America’s schools.

Other than in STEM (science, technology, engineering and math), the vast majority of America’s elementary schools, high schools, colleges and universities teach your child or grandchild almost nothing important; prematurely sexualize them, thereby robbing them of their innocence; and harm them intellectually and morally. They rarely teach them, for example, art or music because they are too busy teaching them race-centered hatred of whites, of America and of America’s values. Sending your child(ren) to most American schools is playing Russian roulette with their values — but unlike the gun in Russian roulette, which has a bullet in only one of its six chambers, the schools’ guns hold four or five bullets.

In many elementary schools, your child is taught that gender is chosen and that there is no difference between boys and girls (in a growing number of schools, the teachers are told not to call their students “boys and girls”); they are taught about masturbation; and many children from first grade on attend “Drag Queen Story Hour,” wherein an obvious man wearing women’s clothing, garish makeup and a wig entertains them.

Given that all this is well-known, why do any nonleft — meaning, liberal or conservative — parents send their children to an American school? ….

The single best thing Americans can do to fight the left-wing destruction of the country is to withdraw from the “educational” system that is actively, deliberately miseducating them by the tens of millions. If millions of American parents did so, the country would turn around as fast as you could say “teachers unions.” If they don’t, their children will continue being used as guinea pigs in the left’s sick and dystopian experiment.

The Indoctrination Of the Next Generation

Today’s gay activists have carried the campaign a step further, invading children’s lives by wrapping themselves in the banner of tolerance. It is literally the equivalent of the wolf coming to your door dressed as your grandmother. The radicals in control of the gay establishment want children in their world of moral decay, lack of self-restraint, and moral relativism. Why? How better to truly belong to the majority (when you’re really on the fringe) than by taking possession of the next generation? By targeting children, you can start indoctrinating the next generation with the false construct that gay people deserve special treatment and special laws. How else can the gay establishment actually get society to believe, borrowing from George Orwell, that gay people are indeed more equal than others? Of course, the only way to get that idea accepted is to condition people to a nihilism that forbids morality and judgement.
