Pay Attention to Teddy!!!

Citing U.S. President Theodore Roosevelt: 

Christianity was saved in Europe solely because the peoples of Europe fought. If the peoples of Europe in the seventh and eighth centuries, and on up to and including the seventeenth century, had not possessed a military equality with, and gradually a growing superiority over the Mohammedans who invaded Europe, Europe would at this moment be Mohammedan and the Christian religion would be exterminated. Islam Needs to be Stopped

[N]ot only does Islam continue to exhibit its historic hostility; it continues reasserting itself all around the world—including if not especially against the West: the Taliban, an Islamic extremist group, which the U.S. spent much by the way of blood and treasure to declare victory against twenty years ago, is back in power in Afghanistan (with billions of dollars’ with of U.S. weapons to boot); Iran, which is driving by apocalyptic visions and eschatological dreams of the jihadist kind, is close to becoming an nuclear power; millions of Muslim “refugees” are flooding the West, especially Europe, where they overtly and especially covertly continue the work of their jihadist ancestors, either by engaging in bouts of thuggery, violence, and outright terrorism or, more commonly, by subverting the continent’s identity; and Christian minorities throughout the Islamic world are being oppressed and killed in ways reminiscent of the great era of Christian persecution under Rome—though the legacy media keeps all of these inconvenient facts suppressed. Everywhere the threat is real and palpable, even as a somnolent if not comatose West slumbers on.

Our Republic Has Forgotten

 

The World, Including the USA, Has Forgotten Evil

Citing European historian Hilaire Belloc (1870—1953):

“Millions of modern people of the white civilization—that is, the civilization of Europe and America—have forgotten all about Islam. They have never come in contact with it. They take for granted that it is decaying, and that, anyway, it is just a foreign religion which will not concern them. It is, as a fact, the most formidable and persistent enemy which our civilization has had, and may at any moment become as large a menace in the future as it has been in the past. … In Islam there has been no dissolution of ancestral doctrine—or, at any rate, nothing corresponding to the universal break-up of religion in Europe. The whole spiritual strength of Islam is still present in the masses of Syria and Anatolia, of the East Asian mountains, of Arabia, Egypt and North Africa. The final fruit of this tenacity, the second period of Islamic power, may be delayed—but I doubt whether it can be permanently postponed.”

While Belloc’s warnings were widely dismissed as hyperbolic—well into the 1970s, ivy league scholars were still convinced that Islam, like Western Christianity, had become obsolete, a mere outer trapping—today his words seem prophetic. After all, since Belloc penned them nearly a century ago, not only has the West “forgotten about Islam”; it has become sympathetic to this creed that for over a millennium terrorized and negatively impacted the West’s development.

Reboot Our Society!!!

Our entire society needs a reboot! Our values, our expectations, and, most importantly, our lack of self-reliance are spreading like a cancer that will inevitably bring about our demise if not reversed. We must understand that what’s happening, visible to anyone who looks, is no accident. It is part of a plan we see rolling out everywhere, championed by Democrats and their anti-American supporters. Disbelieve me at your peril.
